Long abstract paper:
After Who assembly in Alma Ata lot of efforts had been made in attempting to integrate therapeutical local knowledge and biomedicine, especially in concrete project. Yet today the local knowledge seems to be marginalized on advantage of biomedicine. The paper will start from a critical evaluation of some of this experiences to try to understand if there is still room for an integrated approach and how it could be thought in a larger idea of integration.
